With a degree in Exercise Science & Sports Medicine from Springfield College, fitness has been my life for 20+ years. Whether teaching on land, in the water, CPR, First Aid or EMT Certifications, teaching is my passion and what makes me come back for more. As an avid runner my entire life, marathons are my focus. My goal as I age is to race Boston for the next 20 years.
